Find quick help on how to manage your MyIMD account
You can retrieve your username and set a new password by clicking on this link and providing your email address.
You can receive a temporary password by providing proof of your identity (a scan of your ID card, passport or driving licence) via email to the IT Helpdesk.
After ten faulty attempts and for security reasons, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
We suggest you wait and then try to set a new password by clicking on this link.

In the top-right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and log in.
Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on Account settings. From there, you can change your password and/or username (which is your login email address).

The latest version of any modern browser is required to access the Learning Portal: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Macintosh) and Edge (Windows). Please note: IE11 is no longer supported by our LMS provider (Canvas).
