True to its unique approach of creating “Real Learning,
Real impact” through its management programs, IMD
has fostered a distinctive culture of delivering high-impact and actionable trainings. One of the key values
that IMD has inculcated in its future leaders is its
focus and commitment to sustainability. IMD’s purpose
as an institution is to develop leaders who transform
organizations and contribute to building a sustainable
society – leaders who meet the needs of today without
compromising the ability of future generations to meet
theirs.
TOGETHER is a community formed by and for IMD
Alumni and is aimed at building a strong network of
IMD leaders who are committed to creating a
sustainable future and championing the cause of
sustainability in every business strategy they develop.
This community acts as an action hub to connect
leaders from across organization to reflect, inspire and
exchange best practices and ideas on how
sustainability has been built into the core of business.

We believe that by uniting leaders who are passionate about sustainable development, we can drive significant positive change. Whether you are from the corporate sector, non-profit organizations, or governmental bodies, TOGETHER provides a platform to share insights and collaborate on solutions that make a real positive impact.
