Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives

The most valuable insight I gained is the importance of clarity – who I am as a leader, the purpose I serve, and the legacy I want to leave. I realized that breakthroughs come not from constant execution but from creating space to reflect, reframe and act with intention. True, sustainable leadership impact comes from balancing professional ambition with personal presence and growth.

The sessions on geopolitics, industrial policy, and choosing the right question mix were very new to me and fascinating. I learned that possibilities are limitless and multiply by looking at problems through different frames. Listening to other points of views and experiences helps you reframe. Eye-opening.

The program has overdelivered my expectations. I wish I would have done this 10 years ago. It has helped me to reframe my thinking about reframing. It is about myself as a person and a leader and has given me the ability to make more informed decisions about my own future and the business and teams I will lead. It was truly a remarkable experience that I will cherish and leverage for the rest of my life.

So many takeaways. I learned how to be future ready, for my organization and my own career. I have great frameworks to develop my team and for digital transformation. I can see challenges in my organization from a different perspective. I learned a lot from all the cases and other participants. I had wonderful breakthroughs in the coaching session. The group work and coach managed to get us deeply into our human stories, giving inspiration on how to look beyond “the next assignment”.
